Easter!

Well Easter has come and gone, but I did make myself a really cute item this year. I was in a swap, and my partner had described a pattern that she was looking for as an "Easter bunny made out of a pop bottle." I could only really find one picture on the Internet, well, there are actually three but they are all the same item, so I decided to make it for her. It turned out so cute that I made myself one. Unfortunately it was not what she was looking for, but I think she liked it anyway. I know I love mine...it's so dang cute!
Made out of a 20 ounce plastic soda bottle, lots of tulle, (to make the pom-poms) felt, and lots of glue and straight pins. If you decide to make one, here's a hint… You cannot use hot glue. Not even low temperature hot glue. Also I did not have the vintage bunny face, so I printed one out from the Internet. From a foot away you can't tell it's not the old cute plastic one. After I made the bunny from the bottle, I had this bright idea… I had this cute pink little tree that I bought for Valentine's Day. So I printed out another little bunny face and made more ears and paws and decorated this tree. I think it is really really cute!
Hope you enjoy these cute little bunnies! Now back to crafting for the Fair! The sweater I am crocheting is taking an extra long time because somehow the math didn't math and I had to make lots of cuts and redo a lot of parts. But I am near the finish line! Hopefully I will be finished this week. Then I can get onto other "smaller" projects that don't take up nearly as much time per project.
