Golden Earring and Mystery Medallion

Do you have the mate to this earring, (as seen on the right) or a pair? I lost the mate to this, one of my favorite pairs of earrings, a few years ago. I have decided to put up the picture hoping someone out there has a mate or a pair, they are willing to sell me. I am going to leave it up on my page..indefinately.. or until I find one.
I also have this medallion I got in a box at a yard sale. Does anyone know anything about it? There is what looks to be Latin writing on it, it may be a religious medallion, as it does say Alpha and Omega on it, but I don't know. If you know anything about it, please email me or write a comment about it.
Thanks for looking!

The pendant reminds me of Da Vinci's drawings but I don't know anything about it. Hope you find a mate to your earring!

I think it is a Masonic button from their "uniform" I'm pretty sure of this, like 95%....xxx bj

I looked up the Masons and didn't find anything like it. It is a medallion, though, not a button. It is pretty heavy, like maybe pewter or something.

If you can make out the words, I would try translating the Latin. There are websites like this one ( http://www.translation-guide.com/free_online_translators.php?from=Latin&to=English ) that might be helpful. That would give you another clue to pursue. Please keep is informed so we can help with the hunt.

I found one of these medallions after cleaning my grandmothers house when she died. I have been trying to figure out the writings but no luck as it is very hard to read. Have you had any luck?

I just found a similar medallion. Has anyone identified what it is?
Mine is old and worn but legible. No dates, written in Latin. Looks like witchcraft to me.
