Here is what I did today. I wanted a tatting related ornament, that wasn't exactly tatted, so I sculpted my pup, Rebel, and a little Bat, and made them little tatting shuttles to hold. Then I made a large shuttle out of styrofoam and glittered it, (you can see the Bat's isn't quite dry yet). I tatted a little motif for each and attached it. Now, I have my pup tatting ornament and a little Bat tatter. I just love them. What do you think? I am thinking of making some more to sell. But without Rebel, maybe a kitten or a different pup? on top.

Thanks everyone for all the nice compliments. I am thinkin of making a few to sell. Maybe even a Hoare type shuttle. Though, I will not be putting Rebel on top...heehee.
