I have had the same problem. For some reason it only happen on some of the blogs. If you are staying logged in you half to un check it and then sign in. Not sure this makes any since. Been baking cookies all day.
I had a similar problem awhile back that I thought had cleared up, but maybe it's back. There was a glitch with Google that wouldn't let you comment on blogs with certain layouts. The fix was to uncheck the "keep me logged in" box. I had to sign in everytime I went online, but at least that way I could leave comments.

My blog has been acting up in the last week or so. Problem is things are showing up (at least to me) in the wrong places! Urgh...
